ABOUT DANIEL

SINGING

Daniel Rubinson is a New York City based singer, actor, and dancer. He was introduced to the world of the arts by his mother, Paulina Rubinson, a classical pianist from Bulgaria. Daniel trained in piano from the time he could walk. At seven years old, Daniel began playing the violin. While he was always playing his instruments, Daniel would frequently perform full concerts for his family that included singing, dancing, and sometimes full costumes! At age nine, Daniel performed in his first musical, Big Fish, playing the role of Young Will Bloom. Since stepping onto the stage, Daniel has performed non-stop in what are now some of his favorite musicals, including A Chorus Line, Parade, Grease, Little Shop of Horrors, and countless more. Along with Musical Theatre, Daniel has completed levels I-VI of NYSSMA for piano, violin, and voice. He is a New York All-State musician, having performed in numerous NYSSCAME, SCMEA, and All-State festivals for choir and orchestra. Aside from performing, Daniel found a love in passing down his knowledge through teaching at the CM Performing Arts Center on Long Island as a music teacher. Daniel currently attends the Manhattan School of Music, where he is earning a Bachelor of Music Degree studying Musical Theatre.
